No travel fees within service area. Same flat $125 service call across all neighborhoods — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, Bergen. We schedule by efficiency, not by geography.
Building access & COI
NYC luxury buildings (and most Westchester/Bergen luxury communities) require a Certificate of Insurance before service techs enter. We're set up for this — COI is delivered to your building management within 30 minutes of booking confirmation. We list your building as additional insured per standard NYC management company requirements.
If your building has specific entry procedures (service elevator hours, freight entrance requirements, specific COI wording), let us know when booking and we'll coordinate.
What we need from you
Whichever way you contact us, having these details ready will speed things up:
- Model number — usually printed on a label inside the unit (inside the fresh-food section on Sub-Zero refrigerators; behind the kickplate on Wolf ranges)
- Symptom — when it started, what changed, any error codes displayed
- Your address — including building name if NYC luxury building
- Building requirements — does the building require a COI before we enter? What's your management company's name?
- Preferred time window — morning, afternoon, or specific 2-hour slot

What we do NOT do
- We don't accept walk-in visits. Our operations facility isn't customer-facing — all service is at your location.
- We don't service other brands. Sub-Zero and Wolf only. We can refer you to specialists for other luxury brands.
- We don't sell parts retail. Parts are installed only as part of repair work.
- We don't quote firm prices over the phone. We can give ranges, but a real quote requires an on-site diagnostic.

What is the fastest way to get same-day service?
Call (646) 863-5411 before 1 PM. After 1 PM most calls roll to next morning. True emergencies (leaks, gas smells, no cooling) we attempt to fit in same-day regardless of time.
Can I text you?
Not currently. Phone or email. We have found that voice contact is faster for same-day dispatch — the dispatcher can ask follow-up questions and confirm details immediately.
Do you have a callback option if I do not want to wait?
During business hours, calls are typically answered within 30 seconds — there is rarely a wait. If you do reach voicemail (after hours), we return calls within 15 minutes during the next business window.
Can I email a photo or video of the problem?
Yes. Email photos and videos to support@subzerowolfspecialists.com. We may be able to confirm a probable diagnosis from the visual, but we still need to send a tech to verify before any repair.
What if I need help outside business hours?
Call our main number — calls after 10 PM roll to our after-hours line for true emergencies. For non-emergencies, leave a voicemail or email and we will respond at 7 AM.
