Tribeca kitchens often combine ambition with a smaller floorprint than equivalent UES installs — meaning denser appliance suites in tighter spaces. Wolf SRT rangetops paired with separate Wolf wall ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator columns with separate wine columns, integrated panel-ready cabinetry throughout. Specialists work here because they know which Wolf burner is hardest to access in a built-in installation and don't break drywall trying.

Tribeca-specific issues we handle weekly
Tribeca lofts present some unique challenges versus a typical apartment kitchen:
- 56 Leonard / 30 Park Place / 108 Leonard: Tower-format buildings with high-end Sub-Zero columns + Wolf wall ovens + Wolf SRT rangetop combos. We've serviced dozens of these installs and know the cabinetry layouts well.
- Cast-iron loft conversions (North Moore / Hubert / Greenwich): Wide-open kitchens with 48" Sub-Zero side-by-side built-ins and Wolf Pro 48 ranges. Repairs here are physically easier (open access) but logistics can be harder (freight booking required well in advance).
- The Greenwich Lane: Common Sub-Zero issue here is the 700-series column integrated panel sagging from heavy custom wood paneling. We carry replacement hinges and the special tools to adjust without scratching the millwork.
Recent Tribeca service examples
- Hudson & North Moore loft: Wolf GR484 48" range, broiler not working. Replaced infrared broiler element, completed during the visit.
- 56 Leonard (high floor): Sub-Zero 700TFI freezer column, frost buildup on back wall. Defrost heater + thermostat replacement, depends on the specific model and failure mode
- Tribeca brownstone (Worth St.): Sub-Zero BI-42SD with water dispenser leaking. Water inlet valve replacement, depends on the specific model and failure mode
- 30 Park Place (Four Seasons): Wolf cooktop CI365 — induction zone not detecting pots. Replaced inverter module, depends on the specific model and failure mode
Why NYC Sub-Zero & Wolf owners trust us
Every repair includes a 180-day labor warranty and a 1-year manufacturer warranty on every OEM Sub-Zero and Wolf part we install. Written and handed to you before we leave. If the same issue returns within that window, we come back at no labor charge.
- Licensed & fully insured. NYC general liability + workers comp. COI emailed to your building manager within 30 minutes of booking — additional-insured language included.
- OEM parts only. We never substitute aftermarket parts for the components that matter. The parts we install are the same parts Sub-Zero and Wolf would install themselves.
- Two-brand specialists. We don't service LG, Bosch, KitchenAid, or anything else. Every workweek is Sub-Zero refrigerators and Wolf ranges — we know the failure modes, the diagnostic shortcuts, and the access tricks.
- Same technician on return visits. When you call us back for a different issue, you usually get the same tech who already knows your building, your doorman, and your kitchen.
- 4.9★ across 5,000+ happy clients on Google Business Profile — verified NYC owners across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, and Bergen NJ.
- Flat $125 service call credited to repair. No diagnostic surprises, no after-hours surcharge for first-visit emergencies.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you get to Tribeca?
Most calls in Tribeca placed before 1 PM get same-day service. Building contractor hours (typically 9 AM – 4:30 PM in luxury buildings) can affect timing. Emergencies (no cooling, gas smell) we try to fit in regardless.
Do you carry the right COI for buildings here?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers comp policies that satisfy NYC luxury building requirements. We can send a COI to your building manager within 30 minutes of booking, with the additional-insured language they require.
Do you charge extra for higher floors or harder buildings?
No. The $125 service call covers all standard NYC luxury buildings, regardless of floor. We only charge extra if a job requires unusual access (rooftop, freight outside hours, etc.) and we always disclose that up front.
My building requires the freight elevator. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We expect freight-only access in most luxury buildings. Tell us your building when booking and we'll handle the freight reservation logistics through your management.
