  2. Pay $250/year for the year up front by card, check, Apple Pay, or Zelle. (Discount available if you enroll multiple addresses.)
  3. We schedule your first maintenance visit within 2-3 weeks at a time that works for you.
  4. The technician arrives, does the full maintenance routine, and provides a written report on the condition of each appliance.
  5. For the next 12 months, you get priority dispatch and 15% off any repairs.
  6. 11 months later, we call to schedule your annual visit. Renewal is at our discretion — we will renew you unless something changes on our side. Most plans renew automatically year over year.

How does the 15% discount work?

Any repair we perform on your covered appliances during the plan year gets 15% off both labor and OEM parts. We apply it automatically at invoice — you do not need to ask or remind us. The discount works on top of our standard pricing.

Can I add appliances mid-year?

Yes. Additional Sub-Zero or Wolf appliances can be added at $125 each per year, prorated to your existing plan renewal date.

What if I sell the home or move during the plan year?

The plan is per-address. If you move within NYC and the new owners want to continue the plan, we can transfer it to them at no charge. If you take it to a new home, we just update the address.

Does the plan auto-renew?

Not automatically — we call you 1-2 weeks before renewal to confirm. You decide each year whether to continue. Most owners renew because they see the value.

Why $250 and not more?

The plan is priced to cover our technician's time and consumables for the annual visit. We make our money on the rare additional repairs (at the discounted rate), not on the plan itself. We want NYC owners to maintain their appliances regularly — well-maintained units mean happier customers long term.

What if my appliance is older than 15 years — can I still enroll?

Yes. Older Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances benefit even more from regular maintenance because they are deeper into their service life. We do not charge extra for older units in the plan.

Does the plan include emergency service?

Members get priority emergency dispatch 24/7. The $125 emergency service call fee still applies, but is credited toward any repair — and any repair is discounted 15%.
