If you own a Sub-Zero refrigerator or Wolf cooking appliance in NYC, you already know these are not throwaway appliances. They are built to last 20 to 25 years — but only if maintained properly. The annual Sub-Zero & Wolf Maintenance Plan from our team is the simplest, most cost-effective way to keep your luxury appliances running like new for decades.
One call sets you up — we handle scheduling, reminders, and everything else. Call (646) 863-5411 to enroll.
What is included in the annual plan
1. Annual scheduled maintenance visit
Once per year, on the schedule we agree on, our factory-trained technician comes to your home and performs a comprehensive maintenance routine on your covered appliances. This is the single most important thing you can do to extend the life of a Sub-Zero or Wolf — and it is the visit most owners forget to book on their own.
The annual visit includes:
- Complete condenser coil cleaning on every covered Sub-Zero unit. Dust accumulation on the condenser is the leading cause of premature compressor failure. We use professional vacuum and brush tools that go deeper than DIY cleaning.
- Door gasket inspection and conditioning on all units. We check seal integrity, clean and condition the rubber, and identify gaskets approaching end-of-life before they fail.
- Temperature calibration on every refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler. We verify actual cavity temperatures against the displayed setpoints and recalibrate if needed.
- Ice maker inspection and sanitation on every Sub-Zero ice maker. Includes water line check, filter replacement reminder, and dispenser cleaning.
- Wolf burner igniter inspection on gas ranges and cooktops. We test each igniter, clean any oxidation, and verify spark module performance.
- Wolf oven temperature calibration using a calibrated thermometer. We confirm the oven actually reaches the temperature you set.
- Door alignment check on all units. Misaligned doors stress hinges and gaskets. We adjust during the visit.
- Full system diagnostic — we check error codes, look for early warning signs, and tell you what to watch for in the coming year.
2. Priority service all year
Plan members move to the front of our dispatch queue. When you call us, you get:
- Same-day service window guaranteed for Manhattan and Brooklyn for calls received before 1 PM
- Priority emergency dispatch 24/7 for active leaks, no-cooling failures, or gas issues
- Direct line to dispatch — bypass the general queue
3. Member discount — 15% off labor and parts
Throughout the year, any additional repairs we do on your covered appliances come with a 15% discount on both labor and OEM parts. The discount applies to:
- Component replacements (ice makers, fan motors, sensors, control boards, etc.)
- Compressor and sealed-system work
- Door gasket replacement
- Hinge, spring, and trim work
- Any OEM Sub-Zero or Wolf part we install
For owners who experience even one major repair during the year, the 15% discount more than pays for the entire plan.
4. Reminders so you never miss a visit
We track your service date and remind you when your annual visit is due. No app required, no calendar nags — just a friendly call from us when your year is up.
What the plan covers
One plan covers up to two appliances (typical luxury kitchen — for example, one Sub-Zero refrigerator plus one Wolf range, or two Sub-Zero columns). Additional appliances can be added to the plan at $125 per year per unit.
Eligible appliances:
- Sub-Zero built-in refrigerators (BI-30, BI-36, BI-42, BI-48 series and current Designer Series equivalents)
- Sub-Zero Pro 48 refrigerators (648PRO, 685PRO, current PRO 48)
- Sub-Zero column refrigerators and freezers (700-series and Designer Series)
- Sub-Zero wine coolers (424, 427, 430 and current models)
- Sub-Zero undercounter refrigerators, freezers, and ice makers
- Wolf gas ranges (GR, DF, AG, R series — all sizes)
- Wolf rangetops (SRT series)
- Wolf cooktops (gas and induction)
- Wolf wall ovens (SO, DO, MDD series — single, double, and combo)
- Wolf steam ovens (CSO series)
- Wolf warming drawers
Why this plan exists
We do not push contracts. Most appliance repair companies sell maintenance plans because plan revenue is predictable and high-margin. That is not our angle.
Our angle: well-maintained Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances generate far fewer emergency calls and far happier long-term customers. Owners who maintain their units regularly get more value from their appliances and stay with us for decades. That is good for them and good for us.
The $250/year price is set to cover our technician's time and the consumable supplies for the visit. It is not a profit center — it is a service investment in our customer base.
What the plan does NOT cover
Honest about limits:
- Major repairs are not included — but they are discounted 15%
- Parts are not free, but they are discounted 15%
- Emergency service call fee still applies ($125), but it is credited to repair as always
- New installations or appliance moves are not included
- Cabinetry, plumbing, or electrical work outside the appliance itself
- Brands other than Sub-Zero and Wolf
How it works — practical details
- Call us at (646) 863-5411 to enroll. Tell us your covered appliances and addresses. Takes about 5 minutes.
- Pay $250/year for the year up front by card, check, Apple Pay, or Zelle. (Discount available if you enroll multiple addresses.)
- We schedule your first maintenance visit within 2-3 weeks at a time that works for you.
- The technician arrives, does the full maintenance routine, and provides a written report on the condition of each appliance.
- For the next 12 months, you get priority dispatch and 15% off any repairs.
- 11 months later, we call to schedule your annual visit. Renewal is at our discretion — we will renew you unless something changes on our side. Most plans renew automatically year over year.
The math behind the plan
Here is why this is one of the best deals in NYC luxury appliance care:
- The annual maintenance visit alone as a one-off service costs more than $250 without the plan
- 15% off one major repair (Sub-Zero compressor work, for example) typically saves more than the plan price by itself
- Priority dispatch is valuable when an emergency hits — your premium refrigerator does not wait three days for service
- Reduced lifetime repair costs — owners on regular maintenance see 30-40% fewer major failures than those without
- Extended appliance lifespan — average 5-7 additional years of service life on units we maintain regularly
The plan pays for itself the first time you need anything more than the annual visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the maintenance plan worth it?
For most NYC luxury appliance owners, yes. The annual plan covers the annual maintenance visit (which alone normally costs more), priority dispatch all year, and 15% off any repairs. Even one moderate repair during the year typically saves more than the plan price.
How does the 15% discount work?
Any repair we perform on your covered appliances during the plan year gets 15% off both labor and OEM parts. We apply it automatically at invoice — you do not need to ask or remind us. The discount works on top of our standard pricing.
Can I add appliances mid-year?
Yes. Additional Sub-Zero or Wolf appliances can be added at $125 each per year, prorated to your existing plan renewal date.
What if I sell the home or move during the plan year?
The plan is per-address. If you move within NYC and the new owners want to continue the plan, we can transfer it to them at no charge. If you take it to a new home, we just update the address.
Does the plan auto-renew?
Not automatically — we call you 1-2 weeks before renewal to confirm. You decide each year whether to continue. Most owners renew because they see the value.
Why $250 and not more?
The plan is priced to cover our technician's time and consumables for the annual visit. We make our money on the rare additional repairs (at the discounted rate), not on the plan itself. We want NYC owners to maintain their appliances regularly — well-maintained units mean happier customers long term.
What if my appliance is older than 15 years — can I still enroll?
Yes. Older Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances benefit even more from regular maintenance because they are deeper into their service life. We do not charge extra for older units in the plan.
Does the plan include emergency service?
Members get priority emergency dispatch 24/7. The $125 emergency service call fee still applies, but is credited toward any repair — and any repair is discounted 15%.
