1.3 Phone Call Information
We use CallRail to manage and track incoming phone calls. When you call us, CallRail may:
- Display a unique tracking phone number on this site that forwards to our business line
- Record the date, time, duration, and originating phone number of your call
- Record the audio of your call for quality assurance, training, and dispatcher accuracy

5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations, including:
- Customer service records: up to 7 years (for warranty and tax purposes)
- Call recordings: typically 6–12 months, longer if a dispute is open
- Analytics data (GA4): 14 months by default, then aggregated
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion
6. Your Rights and Choices
