We're based in NYC and most of our work week is spent on the Upper East Side, Tribeca, SoHo, the West Village, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, and DUMBO. We know your building's COI requirements before you tell us. We know which elevators are freight-only on which days. We know the difference between a pre-war co-op super and a new-construction concierge.

What "same-day" actually means in NYC
Calls placed by 1 PM typically get a same-day appointment with a 2-hour arrival window. Calls after 1 PM usually push to next morning unless it's an emergency (no cooling, gas smell, water leaking). Building-specific contractor hours (most luxury buildings run 9 AM – 4:30 PM) can also affect dispatch timing — we work within whatever rules your building has.
How our service-area model works
We're a NYC-based independent specialist, not a national chain. Our entire team is local. Our trucks are stocked here. Our parts inventory is here. This is why we can offer same-day Manhattan and Brooklyn while factory authorized service typically takes 2–3 weeks.
For each zone we publish here, we've serviced enough buildings, enough kitchens, and enough specific appliance configurations to know what to expect before we knock on your door. That institutional memory makes a real difference on call duration, first-time fix rates, and how smoothly the visit goes inside your building.
Service area pricing — no surprises
Our flat $125 service call is the same in every zone listed above — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, Bergen NJ. We don't add travel surcharges, fuel charges, or "remote area" fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
The only price variation we have is for repairs themselves: parts prices are the same everywhere, but a job that requires extended access work (e.g. pulling a built-in fully out of a tight cabinetry alcove) may add 30–60 minutes of labor. We always quote the full repair cost up front before any work begins.
What if I'm outside your listed service areas?
Call us anyway. We sometimes service Queens neighborhoods (Long Island City, Astoria, Forest Hills), Staten Island luxury homes, and parts of Connecticut (Greenwich, Stamford). It depends on truck routing and same-day capacity. Worth a phone call to find out.
For areas we genuinely can't reach, we'll refer you to a vetted partner specialist. We've built relationships with Sub-Zero and Wolf specialists in the Hamptons, Connecticut, Bergen-County-adjacent New Jersey, and Long Island.
Why we don't service every brand of luxury appliance
We could try to service every brand — Thermador, Miele, Viking, Gaggenau, Bosch luxury line, Monogram, La Cornue. We don't. Specialization is the entire reason we can offer same-day service across NYC. Every truck carries Sub-Zero and Wolf parts only. Every technician spends every workweek inside Sub-Zero compressor compartments and Wolf range backsplashes. The depth of that focus is what makes our diagnostic accuracy and first-time fix rates the highest in our market.
